16 Stores. One Deadline.
When Luckin Coffee needed a large-scale retail visual merchandising rollout across New York City, Byteclic was tasked with completing installations across 16 store locations in just two days.
The challenge wasn’t simply installation — it was coordination.
Multiple locations, tight access windows, transportation across New York City, on-site adjustments, and a deadline that could not move.
Our crews worked across the city late into the night, with both installation days continuing until approximately 4:00 AM.
By the deadline, all 16 locations were completed and ready.

Large-scale retail rollouts require more than creative ideas. They require people who can execute when the schedule gets difficult.
For this project, that meant long nights, multiple crews, constant coordination — and finishing what we promised.
At Byteclic, we help brands turn ambitious rollout plans into real-world execution, from a single flagship location to multi-location campaigns across the U.S.
Creative. Production. Logistics. Execution.
One Team. Byteclic.
